A most unusual and very welcome working. Class 37s Nos. 37610 and 37069 head east through Attenborough station, Nottingham, on Friday 22nd July 2011, with 6X51 08.30 Toton Yard - Mossend Yard, a train comprising track panels loaded on the relatively new tilting trestle wagons. Track panels are made up at the old Freightliner sidings at Beeston by Balfour Beatty and sent out for engineering possessions at frequent if irregular intervals. The workings are normally the preserve of DBS and its Class 66s.
